-Worked in cooperative teams as a member of Los Angeles Child Find Initiative.
-Regional team leader, managed a large referral case-load, oversaw the development of educational plans to better support children in their beginning stages of the special education child find initiative.

Special Education, Primary grades Instructor, Miles Elementary School, -Supervised and managed special education assistants and one-on-one assistants.
-Instructed special needs students 2nd-5th Grade in all content areas.
-Designed student Individualized Educational Plans (IEP) and administered a variety of formal/informal assessments, for initial and reevaluation referrals.
-Designed curricula, created and assigned work geared toward student’s ability, modified curriculum and created behavior management strategies and techniques.
